Phew!!!…A corporate professional is one who is a dynamic
person possessing phenomenal skills and is a connoisseur in his/her
realm…He/she faces the challenges posed to him/her in the job and emerges a
winner each time….There are times when his/her point of view is not celebrated
and he/she has to abide by the higher ups’ point of view…yet he/she carries out
the work with great dexterity…He/She believes firmly in team work…and motivates
his/her subordinates to be the torchbearers and forerunners in executing
tasks…while he/she ensconces himself/herself behind the scenes…yet keeping a
prying eye on all affairs conducted by his/her subordinates…his/her team mates
have the unflinching confidence that he/she
will be available at their beck and call lest they encounter any problem while
executing tasks…I have high regards for these professionals…I have the esteemed
opportunity to converse with them very closely…to my utter surprise I find them
to be instrumental in the organization’s growth…In Gujarat day by day MNCs’ are
mushrooming up in every possible nook and corner and the demand for such
quintessential professionals are
burgeoning…I have come across honest, self motivated, proactive, young
and ambitious professionals…who raise the bar and perform without holding any
prejudices…I am always pleasantly surprised and awestruck by this new crop of
young individuals who refuse to laud on their laurels but always have the undiminishing
fire, to perform, simmer in their hearts…however, the only lacunae that I have
found when I see these young people is the lack of impressive communicative
skills…We all are well aware that English being the business
language has become indispensable in the corporate realm to conduct
business…possessing basic acumen of the language has become the norm
nowadays…If these professionals are armed with the knowledge of English they
will be sought after by all reputed companies and would give their counterparts
who aren’t proficient in English a run for their money…so buck up
folks!!!...it’s high time now to be an expert in English and have an
embellished career growth in addition to your impressive credentials…wield the
sword of English while conducting presentation, attending clients and
outperform others…to rise the rungs of success fast….
